Hot Mustard

1 Quart Yellow Mustard
1 Qt. Apple Cider Vinegar
4 Cups of sugar
36 Hot Peppers (your choice)

Mince peppers in food processor. Boil mustard, vinegar, sugar and peppers for 10 minutes, stirring continuously. Thicken with cornstarch or flour as if making gravy and continue a low boil for 30 minutes, stirring continuously.

This recipe is from Laurie Pike Benjamin and is terrific on sandwiches or as a hot and spicy dip!
